Moving to Dunedin for study, or looking for a home where you can settle in and meet great people? This beautifully renovated villa offers the chance to be part of a friendly, supportive household in Central Dunedin.

The house has 10 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The lounge and kitchen are fully furnished, so you’ll just need your own bedroom furniture to make your room feel like yours.

We’ve designed this home with female students aged 18–21 in mind. Our hope is to bring together people who are studious, respectful, tidy, warm and friendly, and who want to help make the house an enjoyable place for everyone to live. It’s a lovely opportunity to build connections while having a welcoming home to come back to each day.

The details:
• $190 per person, per week
• Shared household expenses are expected to be around $20–$25 per person, per week, based on this year’s costs. These cover power, Wi-Fi, gas and shared consumables such as toilet paper. 
• Fixed term from 7 January to 31 December 2027
• Furnished lounge and kitchen (just furnish your bedroom)

We’re welcoming enquiries from individuals as well as friends who would like to live together. 

The house will be let on one joint tenancy agreement.
